Nesting includes all home decor (non-clothing) items such as hangers, kitchenware, and ornaments. Crafting includes the dye kits and fabric bundles. Charlie Darwin will accept returns on these items as long as a detailed request to return is sent via email to Charliedarwinco@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once I've responded to your email, you will need to return the item to us unused, unchanged, and in 100% resellable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and will be required to arrange your own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds can be processed as store credit for a future purchase or returned to your original payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping you initially paid.

How do I do it?
One of the common reasons for returning items ordered online is that they are the wrong size. All Charlie Darwin garments are "made-to-measure". This means that they are cut and sewn to fit the specific measurements of your body, including height. I ask for any relevant body measurements I may need at checkout, such as your bust, waist, and hip measurements. Guidelines for how to take these measurements can be found here. Don't be scared, all you need is a piece of string and a ruler!
Please double-check that the measurements you provide are correct.
It is highly recommended that you try your item on as soon as you receive it.
CLOTHING - RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you have concerns regarding the fit:
Charlie Darwin will accept returns on clothing if the item does not fit you, as long as a detailed request to return is sent via email to Charliedarwinco@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Returns Due to Garment Defects
We triple-check all of the seams before sending them off to their new homes. We ensure a high-quality item tailored to the measurements you provide us. However, if you receive an item that has some defect, please bring your concern to our attention by submitting a detailed description of the issue to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. If, after consulting with you, we determine there is a garment defect, you will be asked to ship the item back and you can choose to be refunded for the entire purchase or sent a replacement item. We will cover the cost of shipping, both ways.
