how to find your pattern files

If you've purchased a sewing pattern from Charlie Darwin Textiles (in any format: PDF, print, or kit), you should have received an email with the subject line "Get started with the [pattern name] Pattern!". It was sent to the email address that you used at checkout. This email contains links to ALL of the pattern files: The pattern in all print sizes, the pattern instructions, any video tutorials included in your purchase, and any bonus files.​

The file links in this email do not expire (in contrast, the link in your order receipt and on your member login page does expire after 30 days-- I'm not able to change that, which is why I send this 2nd email with all the links).

If you do not see this email, check your spam/promotions folders. Search your inbox for "Get started with the" or "Charlie Darwin Textiles" or the pattern name. Check your other email addresses that you may have purchased the pattern with.

Still can't find it?

Every once in a blue moon, there is a tech glitch, and your pattern files email may not have been sent, in which case I need to manually add you to the list. Once you've done the troubleshooting steps above and are sure you don't have it, please do not hesitate to reach out and request that I send the files to you! ⬇️

Emails also get accidentally deleted, I get that! Check your trash folder. If it's been permanently erased and you're sure you don't have it, please do not hesitate to reach out and request that I resend the files to you! ⬇️
