Custom Sizing:
All of our clothing is sewn to your custom measurements. Please consult our sizing guidelines. We will ask at checkout for any relevant measurements we may need.
- The 7" inseam on the shorts is designed to give you a confident feeling of complete crotch and butt coverage (which is hard to find on a cute pair of shorts!) We designed them to hug your tush in all the right places. They are mid-rise with an elastic waist and adjustable drawstring, likely falling an inch or two below your belly button.

Plant-dyed:
Your piece will be naturally dyed by hand in any of our current offerings that you choose (see 2nd photo). I use pigments from plants to achieve rich earth tones.
**Please note: The pants photo'd in blue were dyed with a color that is no longer offered. The new indigo blue will be a slightly brighter and bolder blue, as captured in the current color swatch photo.
The Fabric: 100% linen, medium weight.
We love linen because of its strength and durability. Linen is considered to be the strongest of all-natural fibers, and gets stronger and softer with washes! We also love it for its low environmental impact, breathability, comfort, and versatility. We thrive on the natural wrinkles in the fabric... it's a lifestyle!
Although this fabric is very breathable, it is still rather opaque (not see-through).
The Sewing:
This piece is sustainably constructed in our studio using zero-waste sewing. All seams are finished (no raw edges), meaning they are prepared to outlive the most active lifestyles. The leg openings feature a ruffled edge that crinkles up so beautifully with the natural wrinkling effect of the linen fabric.
We believe the garments you love should outlive you. So, we include a complimentary mending kit with every order, which contains matching scrap fabric, matching thread, a sewing needle, and a guide to visible mending. Repair is noble!
When to wear:
Lightweight and fancy-free. Wear these to the beach, out to lunch, or even as pajamas. Made for all bodies and all types of humans.

Naturally dyed clothing will gradually fade over several decades, which is part of its charm. Please machine wash cold & delicate with like colors, and then hang dry, or tumble dry on a delicate setting until 90% dry. For long-lasting color, wash infrequently, with a neutral pH detergent and avoid high heat or drying in direct sunlight.
