Accessing video tutorials
I purchased the ladybird sewing pattern (pattern pro version) and I am loving the pattern and the process. I’m wondering if anyone knows how to access the video tutorial that comes with the pattern pro version? Thanks for any advice!

Here is what the YouTube search gave me to access your tutorial for ladybird pattern: If you cannot find your access links, follow these steps to retrieve them:
Check your inbox: Search for the subject line "Get started with the Ladybird Pattern!". This was sent to the email address used at checkout.
Dashboard access: The Pattern Pro tier unlocks a pattern hub dashboard where all step-by-step video tutorials are hosted.
Avoid receipt links: Do not rely on the links in your initial order receipt or member login page, as those typically expire after 30 days. The "Get Started" email contains the non-expiring links.
Contact support: If you cannot find the email in your spam or promotions folders, contact Leah at Charlie Darwin Textiles directly to have the files resent manually.
